Totopnine and its instructors do not guarantee that a student will:

become profitable;
grow a bankroll;
win tournaments;
beat a specific game;
reach a specific chess rating;
reach a specific esports rank;
improve within a fixed period;
recover losses;
become a professional player;
earn income from gaming, poker, coaching or competition;
achieve any specific personal, financial, competitive or professional result.
Any examples, demonstrations, testimonials, results, course descriptions or performance claims are informational only and must not be treated as guarantees.
7. Educational Content Only

account sharing;

10. Payments
If payments are available through Totopnine, they may be processed by third-party payment providers.
By making a payment, you agree to the price, checkout terms, payment method rules, refund rules and any additional conditions shown at the time of purchase.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

By purchasing a course, you agree that course access may be provided immediately after payment.
Because digital educational content can be accessed immediately, refunds are limited and reviewed case by case.
A refund may be refused if the student has substantially watched, used or consumed the course content, violated these Terms, abused the refund system, copied or attempted to redistribute course content, or acted fraudulently.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We aim to make relevant commercial relationships clear where appropriate.
Affiliate or paid relationships do not guarantee that a course, instructor, platform, tool or service is suitable for you. You should make your own decision before purchasing or using any course or service.

14. No Unauthorized Affiliate Links or Promotions by Instructors
Instructors must not include affiliate links, referral links, hidden promotions or promotional links to third-party services inside course videos, course descriptions, lesson materials, PDFs, comments, downloadable files or student communications on Totopnine without prior approval.
This includes links to:
poker rooms;
betting platforms;
casinos;
exchanges;
coaching platforms;
software tools;
paid communities;
Telegram groups;
Discord servers;
private offers;
other commercial services.
Instructors may request permission to add a link to their personal website or official profile.
Such links may be placed in the instructor profile only after approval by Totopnine administration.
Instructors must not use course content, comments, messages or student interactions to move students away from Totopnine, bypass Totopnine payments or sell directly outside the platform unless this was approved by Totopnine.
15. Instructor and Course Submissions
If you apply to become an instructor or submit a course, you agree that:
your submission is accurate and not misleading;
you have the right to submit the course, brand, images, videos, links and related materials;
your course does not infringe the rights of others;
your course does not contain illegal, deceptive, harmful or prohibited content;
your course does not contain unauthorized affiliate links or third-party promotions;
your course does not promise guaranteed results;
your course does not teach cheating, fraud or violation of third-party platform rules;
you are responsible for your course content, claims, accuracy, originality and legality;
submission does not guarantee publication;
Totopnine may accept, reject, edit, format, remove or update your course, listing or profile at its discretion.
If your course is accepted, additional instructor terms, payout rules, content rules and upload guidelines may apply.
16. Instructor Payouts
Instructor payouts, if available, are governed by our Instructor Payouts & Refunds policy or by a separate written agreement between Totopnine and the instructor.
Instructor payouts may be affected by refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud checks, technical issues, payment provider delays, incorrect payout details, tax requirements or violations of these Terms.
Totopnine may hold, delay, adjust or cancel instructor payouts where reasonably necessary to protect students, instructors, rights holders, payment systems or the platform.
Instructors are responsible for providing correct payout details and for handling their own taxes, invoices, declarations and local legal obligations.
Instructors are independent partners and are not employees of Totopnine.
17. User Content
You may be able to submit content to Totopnine, including course information, profile information, comments, forms, messages, reviews, images, links or other materials.
You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Totopnine a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, edit, format, publish, translate, promote and distribute that content as needed to operate, market, improve and protect the website.
You are responsible for the content you submit.
