Course Submission Terms

These Course Submission Terms explain how coaches, course creators, schools, platforms and other providers may submit courses, coaching offers or learning resources for possible listing on Totopnine.
By submitting a course, coach profile, application, form, link, description, image, logo, brand name or related material to Totopnine, you agree to these Course Submission Terms.
1. What Totopnine does
Totopnine is a course discovery site for poker, chess and video games.
We help players discover courses, coaches and learning resources that may help them understand their favorite games better, improve their skills and enjoy the game more.
Totopnine is not obligated to publish every submitted course.
2. Who can submit a course
You may submit a course if you are:
- the course creator;
- a coach;
- a representative of a school, academy, platform or company;
- an authorized person acting on behalf of the course owner;
- a partner or affiliate with the right to promote the course.
By submitting a course, you confirm that you have the legal right and permission to submit the course and related materials.
3. What can be submitted
You may submit:
- online courses;
- coaching programs;
- video courses;
- training memberships;
- masterclasses;
- workshops;
- learning communities;
- study resources;
- game improvement programs;
- course platforms or schools.
Totopnine currently focuses on:
- poker;
- chess;
- video games;
- competitive gaming;
- strategy, skill improvement, decision-making and game study.
4. Submission does not guarantee publication
Submitting a course does not guarantee that it will be published on Totopnine.
We may accept, reject, delay, edit, remove or request changes to any submission at our discretion.
We do not have to provide a reason for rejecting or removing a course.
5. Review process
We may review submissions based on factors such as:
- relevance to Totopnine categories;
- clarity of the course offer;
- quality of the course page or materials;
- reputation of the coach or provider;
- usefulness for players;
- accuracy of the description;
- pricing transparency;
- legal or compliance risk;
- user experience;
- editorial fit with Totopnine.
Review standards may change over time.
6. Your responsibility for submitted information
You are responsible for making sure that all submitted information is accurate, complete and not misleading.
This includes:
- course title;
- course description;
- coach name;
- school or brand name;
- pricing information;
- course duration;
- included materials;
- refund terms;
- access terms;
- screenshots or images;
- testimonials;
- claims about results;
- links to external websites;
- any promotional statements.
You agree not to submit false, exaggerated, deceptive or unsupported claims.
7. No misleading result claims
You must not claim or imply guaranteed results unless you can legally and factually support those claims.
This includes claims about:
- poker winnings;
- tournament results;
- bankroll growth;
- chess rating improvement;
- video game rank improvement;
- esports performance;
- income from gaming;
- professional results;
- guaranteed improvement;
- “instant mastery” or similar promises.
Courses may help users learn and improve, but outcomes depend on the player, practice habits, time, prior level and other factors.
8. Rights to materials
By submitting materials to Totopnine, you confirm that you own or have permission to use them.
This includes:
- course names;
- logos;
- images;
- screenshots;
- videos;
- descriptions;
- testimonials;
- brand names;
- coach photos;
- links;
- trademarks;
- any third-party materials.
You are responsible for any claims that submitted materials infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights.
9. License to use submitted materials
By submitting materials, you grant Totopnine a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, format, display, reproduce, publish, promote and distribute those materials for the purpose of operating and promoting Totopnine.
This may include use on:
- course listing pages;
- category pages;
- coach profiles;
- email updates;
- social media;
- editorial content;
- comparison pages;
- promotional placements;
- partner pages.
This license does not transfer ownership of your course content to Totopnine.
10. Editing and formatting
Totopnine may edit, shorten, format or rewrite submitted descriptions to make listings clearer, more consistent or easier for users to understand.
We may also add labels, categories, summaries, disclaimers or notes.
We will not intentionally misrepresent your course, but we are not required to publish your exact submitted wording.
11. Third-party course delivery
Unless clearly agreed otherwise, you remain responsible for:
- course delivery;
- student access;
- customer support;
- billing;
- refunds;
- course updates;
- technical issues;
- claims made on your course page;
- compliance with your own terms and policies;
- taxes and legal obligations related to your sales.
If users purchase your course through your own website or a third-party platform, that relationship is between you and the user.
12. Commercial terms
Course publication may be free, paid, affiliate-based, referral-based, sponsored or based on another commercial arrangement.
Possible commercial models may include:
- free listing;
- affiliate commission;
- referral fee;
- paid placement;
- sponsored listing;
- revenue share;
- fixed listing fee;
- custom partnership.
Any specific commercial terms must be agreed separately.
Submitting a course does not create a partnership, employment relationship, agency relationship, joint venture or exclusive arrangement unless we agree in writing.
13. Affiliate and referral links
Totopnine may use affiliate or referral links for submitted courses.
If a user clicks a link and later purchases a course, signs up or takes another action, Totopnine may receive a commission or referral fee.
We may disclose affiliate or commercial relationships on the website where appropriate.
14. Sponsored and paid placements
If a listing, article, banner or placement is sponsored or paid, we may identify it as sponsored, promoted, partner content or similar wording.
Paid placement does not guarantee a positive review, ranking, recommendation or permanent publication.
Totopnine may remove or change sponsored placements if they create legal, reputational, editorial or user-trust risk.
15. Course removal
We may remove or suspend a course listing at any time, including if:
- the information appears inaccurate or misleading;
- the course is no longer available;
- links are broken;
- users report serious problems;
- the course violates these terms;
- the provider makes unsupported claims;
- the course creates legal or reputational risk;
- the course no longer fits Totopnine;
- the provider requests removal;
- commercial terms end or are not followed.
We may also remove a listing without cause.
16. Updates to course information
If your course changes, you should notify Totopnine.
This includes changes to:
- price;
- course access;
- refund policy;
- coach;
- course platform;
- course content;
- availability;
- bonuses;
- guarantees;
- testimonials;
- links;
- legal terms.
Totopnine is not responsible for outdated information if you do not provide updates.
17. Prohibited submissions
You may not submit courses or materials that:
- are illegal;
- promote fraud, cheating, scams or account abuse;
- promote illegal gambling services;
- include deceptive claims;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- use fake testimonials;
- impersonate another person or brand;
- contain malware or harmful links;
- contain hate, harassment or abusive content;
- promote illegal tools, bots, hacks or exploits;
- violate platform rules or applicable laws.
Totopnine may reject or remove such submissions.
18. Poker-related content
Poker-related courses must be educational in nature.
Totopnine is not a gambling operator, casino, betting site or poker room.
Poker course listings must not present education as a guarantee of winnings or financial results.
Coaches and providers are responsible for ensuring that their courses, claims, advertising and services comply with applicable laws and platform rules.
19. Coach profiles
If you submit coach profile information, you allow Totopnine to publish a public profile that may include:
- name or professional nickname;
- photo;
- game category;
- biography;
- course links;
- social links;
- website links;
- teaching topics;
- selected credentials or experience;
- submitted descriptions.
You are responsible for the accuracy of profile information.
20. Communication
By submitting a course or application, you agree that Totopnine may contact you about:
- your submission;
- missing information;
- approval or rejection;
- edits;
- commercial terms;
- affiliate links;
- listing updates;
- user issues;
- partnership opportunities.
We may contact you by email or through any contact details you provide.
21. No exclusivity
Unless agreed separately in writing, course submission does not create exclusivity.
You may list, sell or promote your course elsewhere.
Totopnine may list similar courses, competing coaches, competing schools or alternative resources.
22. No employment or agency relationship
Submitting a course does not make you an employee, contractor, agent, representative, partner or franchisee of Totopnine.
You are responsible for your own business, taxes, legal obligations, users, students and course delivery.
23. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Totopnine and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, partners and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from:
- your submission;
- your course;
- your coach profile;
- your materials;
- your claims or advertising;
- your violation of these terms;
- your violation of law;
- your violation of third-party rights;
- your relationship with students or customers.
24. Changes to these terms
We may update these Course Submission Terms from time to time.
If we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
Continued submission, listing or cooperation with Totopnine after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
