Payment providers may have their own terms, fees, limits, processing times, security checks and restrictions.
Totopnine is not responsible for delays, failed payments, declined transactions, network congestion, wallet errors, exchange rate differences or other issues caused by third-party payment systems.
If you choose to pay with cryptocurrency, your payment may be processed on a blockchain network.
Crypto payments are different from traditional card or PayPal payments.
Crypto transactions may be irreversible once submitted to the blockchain.
Before sending a crypto payment, please check carefully:
the payment amount;
the selected token;
the blockchain network;
the connected wallet;
the transaction details shown at checkout.
Totopnine is not responsible for payments sent with the wrong token, wrong network, wrong wallet, wrong amount or incorrect transaction details.
Course access is usually provided after the payment is successfully confirmed and the order is marked as completed.
Crypto payments may require blockchain confirmation before access is activated.
Processing time may depend on the blockchain network, wallet, payment provider or technical conditions at the time of payment.
Course prices may be shown in USD or another currency.
If a crypto payment is used, the crypto amount may be calculated at checkout based on the exchange rate, token, network and payment provider settings available at that moment.
Totopnine is not responsible for exchange rate changes, token price fluctuations, gas fees, network fees or wallet fees.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy / Cancellation Policy.
If a crypto payment is refunded, the refund may be processed manually and may take longer than a traditional payment refund.
Approved crypto refunds are normally calculated based on the original order value, not on later token price changes.
Network fees, gas fees, blockchain fees, payment gateway fees and other transaction-related costs may be non-refundable.
Totopnine may choose the reasonable refund method depending on the original payment method, technical limitations, payment provider rules and fraud prevention requirements.
If a payment fails, remains incomplete or is not confirmed, course access may not be activated.
If you believe your payment was completed but access was not granted, please contact Totopnine support with:
your name;
email used for purchase;
course name;
order number, if available;
payment method;
transaction hash, if paid by crypto.
Totopnine may delay, review, cancel or restrict access related to suspicious, fraudulent, high-risk or disputed payments.
This may include duplicate accounts, suspicious wallet activity, chargebacks, payment disputes, stolen payment methods, refund abuse or attempts to bypass the platform.
Accepting crypto payments does not mean that Totopnine recommends, promotes or gives financial advice about any cryptocurrency, token, wallet, exchange or blockchain network.
Students are responsible for their own payment decisions and for understanding the risks of the payment method they choose.
