This page explains how refunds and cancellations work on Totopnine.
Totopnine sells digital educational courses.
After purchase, students usually receive online access to the course immediately. Because digital content can be accessed right after payment, refunds are limited and reviewed case by case.
Our goal is to be fair to students while also protecting instructors and their copyrighted content from abuse.
Courses on Totopnine are provided for online access only.
Students are not allowed to download, copy, record, share, resell, redistribute or publish course videos, lessons or materials without permission.
Course content belongs to the instructor or the relevant rights holder and is protected by copyright.
A student may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
A refund may be approved if:
the course was purchased by mistake;
course access does not work due to a technical issue;
the course is materially different from its description;
the student has not substantially consumed the course content.
Totopnine may refuse a refund if the student has already watched, used or consumed a significant part of the course.
Refunds are usually not provided if:
more than 14 days have passed since purchase;
the student completed or substantially consumed the course;
the student copied, recorded, shared or attempted to redistribute course content;
the student simply changed their mind after using the course;
the student expected guaranteed results, winnings, rating growth or financial profit;
the student violated Totopnine rules or abused the refund system.
Courses teach skills, strategy and decision-making. They do not guarantee personal, financial, gaming or competitive results.
If a student cannot access a purchased course because of a technical issue, they should contact Totopnine support.
We may first try to fix the issue before approving a refund.
If the issue cannot be resolved in a reasonable way, a refund may be approved.
If a course is removed from Totopnine after purchase, students may continue to have access to the course if technically possible.
If access cannot be provided, Totopnine may offer one of the following:
a refund;
access to another course;
store credit or another reasonable solution.
To request a refund, contact Totopnine support and include:
full name;
email used for purchase;
course name;
order number, if available;
reason for the refund request.
Refund requests must be sent within 14 days of purchase.
Approved refunds are usually sent back to the original payment method.
Processing time may depend on the payment provider, bank, blockchain network or other third-party payment system.
Totopnine is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banks or external payment systems.
If a student opens a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting Totopnine first, course access may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
Fraudulent payments, abuse, duplicate accounts, copyright violations or suspicious activity may lead to account restrictions.
Instructor payouts are calculated only from eligible completed sales.
If a refund, chargeback or payment dispute happens, the related sale is not included in the instructor payout.
This is why Totopnine uses a refund protection period before instructor payouts are processed.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under local law.
If local law gives the student stronger refund or cancellation rights, those rights will apply.
