Instructor Content Rules

This page explains what instructors can and cannot include in their courses, profiles and course materials on Totopnine.

General Rule

Totopnine is a learning platform. Course content must help students improve their skills, understand the game better and make better decisions.

Content must be honest, legal, original and useful for students.

No Affiliate Links or Third-Party Promotions

Instructors must not include affiliate links, referral links or promotional links to third-party services inside course videos, course descriptions, lesson materials, PDFs, comments or downloadable files.

This includes links to:

  • poker rooms;

  • betting platforms;

  • casinos;

  • exchanges;

  • coaching platforms;

  • software tools;

  • paid communities;

  • Telegram groups;

  • Discord servers;

  • private offers;

  • other commercial services.

Totopnine may remove any link or promotional material that was not approved in advance.

Instructor Website Links

Instructors may request permission to add a link to their personal website or official profile.

This link may be placed in the instructor profile only after approval by Totopnine administration.

Instructors must not use course content to move students away from Totopnine or bypass the platform.

No Direct Payments Outside Totopnine

Instructors must not ask students to pay directly outside Totopnine for course access, bonuses, private lessons or additional materials unless this was approved by Totopnine administration.

This includes payments by PayPal, bank transfer, crypto, card, cash or any other method.

No Guaranteed Results

Course content must not promise guaranteed results.

Instructors must not claim that students will definitely:

  • win money;

  • become profitable;

  • beat a specific game;

  • reach a specific rating;

  • win tournaments;

  • get a fixed return;

  • recover losses;

  • achieve financial success.

Courses may teach strategy, decision-making, preparation, mindset and skill development, but results always depend on the student, the field, the game environment and many external factors.

No Cheating, Abuse or Prohibited Tools

Courses must not teach, promote or encourage cheating, unfair play or violation of platform rules.

This includes:

  • bots;

  • real-time assistance tools;

  • prohibited poker software;

  • collusion;

  • multi-accounting;

  • account sharing;

  • VPN abuse;

  • bonus abuse;

  • exploiting platform bugs;

  • scripts that violate third-party platform rules;

  • any method designed to gain an unfair or illegal advantage.

Strategy, analysis and legal study tools are allowed only when they do not violate third-party platform rules.

No Pirated or Stolen Materials

Instructors must only upload content they own or have the legal right to use.

Do not upload:

  • pirated courses;

  • copied videos;

  • paid materials from other creators;

  • copyrighted books or PDFs;

  • stolen screenshots;

  • music, images or graphics without permission;

  • private materials from paid communities.

By submitting a course, the instructor confirms that all uploaded materials are original or properly licensed.

No Misleading Claims

Course titles, descriptions, covers and lessons must not mislead students.

Do not use fake results, fake screenshots, fake testimonials or exaggerated promises.

Examples of misleading claims:

  • “Guaranteed profit”

  • “Never lose again”

  • “Secret method nobody knows”

  • “Become a pro in 7 days”

  • “This strategy always works”

  • “Risk-free system”

Totopnine may edit or reject course descriptions that create unrealistic expectations.

No Harmful, Illegal or Unsafe Content

Courses must not include content that is illegal, harmful or unsafe.

This includes:

  • instructions for fraud;

  • illegal gambling activity;

  • money laundering;

  • identity abuse;

  • hacking;

  • malware;

  • phishing;

  • harassment;

  • hate speech;

  • threats;

  • explicit sexual content;

  • doxxing or sharing private personal information.

No Financial, Legal or Tax Advice

Instructors must not present course content as professional financial, legal or tax advice.

If a course discusses money, risk, gambling, bankroll management or investment-like decisions, it must be educational only.

Students are responsible for their own decisions and risks.

Student Privacy

Instructors must not share private student information without permission.

This includes:

  • names;

  • emails;

  • messages;

  • hand histories linked to real identities;

  • screenshots of private chats;

  • payment details;

  • personal data.

Course Review and Removal

Totopnine may review, edit, reject, hide or remove any course, lesson, profile, link or material that violates these rules.

If a rule violation is serious, Totopnine may pause course sales, hold payouts or remove the instructor from the platform.

Updates to These Rules

Totopnine may update these content rules when needed to protect students, instructors and the platform.
