Course Upload Guidelines

This page explains how instructors should prepare and upload course materials to Totopnine.

Course Structure

Each course should have a clear structure.

Please prepare:

  • course title;

  • short course description;

  • target audience;

  • skill level: beginner, intermediate or advanced;

  • course language;

  • list of modules and lessons;

  • short description for each lesson;

  • additional materials, if any.

Each lesson should focus on one clear topic or skill.

Video Format

Course videos should be uploaded in the following format:

  • file type: MP4;

  • recommended codec: H.264;

  • recommended resolution: 720p or 1080p;

  • maximum file size per video: 100 MB;

  • recommended lesson length: 5–15 minutes.

Videos must have clear sound and readable visuals.

If your video file is larger than 100 MB, please compress it before uploading.

File Names

Please use clear file names.

Example:

module-01-lesson-01-introduction.mp4
module-01-lesson-02-basic-strategy.mp4

Avoid random file names such as final-video-new-version-2.mp4.

Course Cover Image

Each course must have a cover image.

Recommended format:

  • size: 1920 × 1080 px;

  • aspect ratio: 16:9;

  • file type: JPG, PNG or WebP;

  • maximum file size: 1 MB.

The cover should be clean, readable and related to the course topic.

Totopnine may adjust or replace the course cover to match platform quality standards.

Additional Materials

You may include additional materials such as:

  • PDF files;

  • worksheets;

  • checklists;

  • spreadsheets;

  • useful links.

Recommended maximum file size for additional materials: 10 MB per file.

Please do not upload executable files, pirated materials or files you do not have the right to use.

Content Rights

By uploading a course, the instructor confirms that they own the course content or have the legal right to use all included materials.

This includes videos, images, music, presentations, screenshots and documents.

Review Before Publishing

Totopnine may review the course before publishing.

We may ask the instructor to update the course structure, video quality, sound, cover image, description or materials before the course goes live.
